Free Trial

A 14-day free trial may be offered at our sole discretion to select users, including early access members and waitlist participants. Trial access is not guaranteed and may be granted, limited, or revoked at any time. If you receive trial access, we encourage you to fully evaluate PulsePost before subscribing.

Promotional Coupons

Discount coupons may be provided at our discretion, particularly to users planning long-term subscriptions. Coupons are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may include expiration dates or usage restrictions.

No Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Because you have the opportunity to try the full service free for 14 days before paying, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Partial months or unused subscription time
• Unused features or posting limits
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
• Change of mind after subscribing

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• No future charges — your subscription will not renew and no further amounts will be deducted.
• Keep your access — you retain full use of the Service until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
• No refunds for past payments — we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for the remaining time in your current billing period.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. To request a review, contact us through the website with your account details and reason.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks for valid charges may result in account suspension per our Terms of Service.
