Data Deletion Instructions

Delete your Instagram connection

Go to Settings → Connected Accounts in the PulsePost app and click Disconnect next to Instagram. PulsePost removes the stored access token. To also remove PulsePost's authorization from Instagram, remove it from your Instagram account settings.

Delete your PulsePost account

To delete your account and all associated data (posts, schedules, analytics):

1. Log in to the PulsePost app.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
3. Confirm. All your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your email address and password hash
• All connected social media tokens (revoked)
• All posts, drafts, schedules, and brand kits
• All analytics data

What we keep

Billing records required by law (e.g., Stripe transaction history) are retained per our legal obligations but are not linked to an active account after deletion.

Contact

If you can't access your account, contact us through the website and we'll process your deletion request manually within 30 days.
